How We Calculated This
Capsules only. When someone buys 42 separate supplements, they buy bottles of capsules - not powder tubs with scoops. That means high-dose ingredients like Glycine (6g/day) require 12 capsules per day from 500mg caps. B12 at 10,000mcg requires 10 capsules per day from standard 1,000mcg caps.
